I am a certified nutrition consultant and a graduate in Molecular Biology from the Faculty of Natural Sciences at Comenius University in Bratislava. Currently, I am furthering my professional education in functional medicine at the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), where I am learning to connect the latest scientific knowledge with a comprehensive approach to human health.
My professional focus is the modulation of the gut microbiome and the reduction of chronic inflammation, which significantly affect the digestive, hormonal systems, and metabolism. I specialize in counseling for functional digestive disorders such as SIBO, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), histamine intolerance, as well as in healthy and sustainable weight loss in collaboration with diabetologist MUDr. Tamara Milly.
In my work with clients, I use a data-driven and individually tailored approach. The programs are based on symptom profiles, laboratory results, and lifestyle analysis, which makes it possible to precisely influence the gut microbiome, metabolism, and hormonal balance.
For me, nutrition is more than a profession – it is the connection of science and practice with the goal of helping people feel better, restore energy and support health. And what could be more than that? 😊
